Tim Scully

Tim Scully is a graduate student at the University of California, Santa Cruz (UCSC) in the Coastal Science & Policy program. Tim focuses on salmon restoration policy in California’s Central Valley with an emphasis on hatchery, habitat, and water management. During his internship, Tim will be working with the Legislative Science Services program and exploring how OST can get more involved with salmon issues in California.

Prior to attending UCSC, Tim worked for the U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service (USFWS) in the Sacramento-San Joaquin Delta supporting fisheries monitoring programs. Tim also worked as a Watershed Stewards Program member with the San Luis Obispo Steelhead Initiative on anadromous fish restoration projects.

Tim is currently pursuing his M.S. in Coastal Science & Policy at UCSC. He holds a B.S. in Environmental Management & Protection with a minor in Watershed Management from Humboldt State University.
